This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which Annonce Express users may request a refund for paid services offered on our platform. We are committed to treating all requests fairly and transparently.
2. Services concerned
This policy applies only to the paid services offered by Annonce Express, such as :
Ad highlighting options (e.g. “featured ads”).
Premium subscriptions or packages.
Publication fees in specific categories.
It does not apply to transactions between private individuals or professionals using the platform to buy or sell goods or services.
3. Cases eligible for reimbursement
A refund may be granted in the following cases:
- Technical error: If a paid option or service has not been
- activated correctly due to a technical problem on our platform.
- Cancellation before activation: If you have cancelled a paid service before it has been activated (for example, a featured ad that has not yet been published).
Non-compliant service: If the service provided does not correspond to what was described at the time of purchase.
4. Cases not eligible for reimbursement
No refund will be granted in the following cases:
Ads that have been published and have benefited from paid services (even partially).
Dissatisfaction due to lack of results (e.g. absence of contacts or sales).
An error made by the user when selecting or paying for the service.
Requests made after the expiry of the service (e.g.: an advertisement put forward for 7 days cannot be reimbursed after this period).
5. Procedure for requesting a refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service department at contact@annonceexpress.com or via the form on our website within 14 days of the purchase of the service concerned.
Provide the following
information in your request:
- Your name and email address associated with your Annonce Express account.
- Details of the service concerned (package name, purchase date, etc.).
- The precise reason for your refund request.
Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
6. Refund processing times
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the original method of payment within a maximum of 14 working days.
7. User responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying the details of the services before purchase and for ensuring that their ads comply with the general rules of use of Annonce Express.
8. Changes to the policy
Annonce Express reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to adapt to legal or operational developments. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
